ECD Automotive Design, Inc. ("ECD" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:ECDA), the world's largest Land Rover and Jaguar restoration company known for its custom luxury builds, including bespoke Defenders, Range Rovers, Jaguar E-Types, Ford Mustangs, and Toyota FJs, today provided an update on the third-party build agreement announced earlier this month, highlighting early commercial traction and progress to increase factory utilization and improve fixed-cost absorption.

Since announcing the agreement with a regional 4×4 restoration client, ECD has received its first six orders. The Company expects to execute these builds at its Kissimmee, Florida facility across the first and second quarters of 2026. ECD has allocated dedicated manufacturing space and labor to this production line, allowing the builds under the agreement to be executed efficiently and independently from its core bespoke programs.
