U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Dow Jones index falling around 250 points on Tuesday.
Shares of Moderna Inc (NASDAQ:MRNA) rose sharply during Tuesday's session the company provided updates on its business and pipeline at the 44th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference.
Moderna said it expects 2025 revenue of approximately $1.9 billion, which is $100 million above the midpoint previously communicated during its third-quarter earnings call. The company also improved its 2025 expected GAAP operating expenses by $200 million and increased its projected year-end cash balance to approximately $8.1 billion.
Moderna shares jumped 12.8% to $38.20 on Tuesday.

- TryHard Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:THH) shares jumped 69.3% to $39.11 after the company announced it has entered into a binding collaboration agreement with Carnegie Hill Capital Partners to establish a Hong Kong-based investment fund. Also, the company announced a $10 million share repurchase program.
- TTM Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:TTMI) gained 20.2% to $93.59.
- Wheels Up Experience Inc (NYSE:UP) rose 19.2% to $1.19.
- Kosmos Energy Ltd (NYSE:KOS) gained 16.4% to $1.20 after the company on Monday announced plans for a $350 million Nordic bond offering.
- T1 Energy Inc (NYSE:TE) rose 15.2% to $8.32.
- Structure Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:GPCR) gained 15% to $79.75.
- Contineum Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:CTNM) jumped 15% to $10.55.
- Canadian Solar Inc (NASDAQ:CSIQ) gained 13.5% to $22.98. Canadian Solar announced closing of offering of $230 million convertible senior notes due 2031.
- Posco Holdings Inc (NYSE:PKX) gained 12.5% to $60.55.
- Warby Parker Inc (NYSE:WRBY) rose 10.5% to $29.36 in reaction to Meta after reports suggest that Meta may double its Ray-Ban glasses output due to demand.
- Option Care Health Inc (NASDAQ:OPCH) gained 10.2% to $35.33 after the company reported preliminary Q4 and FY25 financial results.
- Kennametal Inc (NYSE:KMT) gained 8.4% to $33.32. Jefferies analyst Stephen Volkmann upgraded Kennametal from Hold to Buy and raised the price target from $28 to $40.
- Intel Corp (NASDAQ:INTC) rose 8% to $47.56 after KeyBanc upgraded the stock from Sector Weight to Overweight.
- Roblox Corp (NYSE:RBLX) gained 8% to $82.93. Morgan Stanley analyst Matthew Cost maintained Roblox with an Overweight rating and lowered the price target from $170 to $155.
- Advanced Micro Devices Inc (NASDAQ:AMD) jumped 6.6% to $221.30 after KeyBanc upgraded the stock from Sector Weight to Overweight.
