Eagle Bancorp Posts Upbeat Q4 Results, Joins Corcept Therapeutics, LSI Industries And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Thursday
U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones gaining around 200 points on Thursday.
Shares of Eagle Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:EGBN) rose sharply during Thursday's session after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results.
Eagle Bancorp reported quarterly earnings of 25 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of a loss of 10 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $68.303 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $67.033 million.
Eagle Bancorp shares jumped 19.8% to $28.80 on Thursday.
