U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 500 points on Monday.
Shares of Nebius Group NV (NASDAQ:NBIS) rose sharply during Monday's session following the announcement of a long-term artificial intelligence infrastructure agreement with Meta Platforms Inc. (NASDAQ:META).
The agreement could reach a total contract value of up to $27 billion, significantly expanding the companies’ collaboration in AI cloud computing.
Nebius Group shares jumped 12.7% to $127.37 on Monday.

- National Storage Affiliates Trust (NYSE:NSA) gained 28.3% to $39.70 after the company announced it be acquired by Public Storage.
- Forward Industries Inc (NASDAQ:FWDI) surged 14% to $5.36.
- Bitmine Immersion Technologies Inc (NYSE:BMNR) jumped 12.8% to $23.17. Bitmine Immersion Technologies announced ETH holdings reached 4.596 million tokens, and total crypto and total cash holdings of $11.5 billion.
- Hyperliquid Strategies Inc (NASDAQ:PURR) gained 12.4% to $5.98.
- Strive Inc (NASDAQ:ASST) surged 12.1% to $10.68.
- Terawulf Inc (NASDAQ:WULF) rose 11.8% to $16.41. TeraWulf secured $500 million Morgan Stanley bridge facility to fund Kentucky Data Center development.
- United States Antimony Corp (NYSE:UAMY) gained 11.5% to $10.28.

- Circle Internet Group Inc (NYSE:CRCL) gained 8.1% to $124.76. Clear Street analyst Owen Lau upgraded Circle Internet Group from Hold to Buy and raised the price target from $92 to $136.
- Vicor Corp (NASDAQ:VICR) rose 8.1% to $186.76.
- Galaxy Digital Inc (NASDAQ:GLXY) gained 7.3% to $23.98.
- SanDisk Corp (NASDAQ:SNDK) rose 7.2% to $709.55.
- DigitalOcean Holdings Inc (NYSE:DOCN) gained 6% to $72.76.
