Getty Images Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:GETY) ("Getty Images" or the "Company") today announced that on March 17, 2026 it received written notice from the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") indicating that the Company is not currently in compliance with Section 802.01C of the NYSE Listed Company Manual, which requires an average closing share price of at least $1.00 over a consecutive 30 trading-day period.
