Apollo (NYSE: APO) today announced that Apollo-managed funds have acquired Gatehouse Living Group ("GLG" or "the Group"), a vertically integrated UK residential investment and management platform, from Gatehouse Bank ("GHB"). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
