With U.S. stock futures trading mixed this morning on Monday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:

  • Cheer Holding Inc. (NASDAQ:CHR) announced a 1-for-3 reverse stock split, effective Apr. 6, to maintain its Nasdaq listing, according to Benzinga Pro. Cheer Holding shares gained 9.4% to $0.87 in after-hours trading.
  • Vivos Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:VVOS) shares rose sharply after hours on Thursday after a Securities and Exchange Commission filing revealed that a Michigan-based investor group acquired a 19.9% stake through a $2.39 million private placement. Vivos Therapeutics shares jumped 21.2% to $1.60 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Quhuo Ltd. (NASDAQ:QH) reported FY25 loss of 1 cent per share. The company's sales fell to $361.198 million from $417.420 million in the year-ago period. Quhuo shares jumped 32.9% to $0.12 in after-hours trading.

  • Broadcom Inc. (NASDAQ:AVGO) named Amie Thuener as CFO, effective June 12, succeeding Kirsten M. Spears. Broadcom shares slipped 0.1% to $314.20 in the after-hours trading session.
  • DeFi Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:DEFT) reported mixed results for the fourth quarter. The company posted quarterly earnings of 8 cents per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 3 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $20.000 million, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $29.744 million. DeFi Technologies shares jumped 3.9% to $0.74 in after-hours trading.
