ATN International, Inc. ("ATN" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:ATNI), a leading provider of digital infrastructure and communications services, today announced its Board of Directors has appointed Naji Khoury as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective April 20, 2026.

Mr. Khoury succeeds Brad Martin, who is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Company's Board of Directors and will remain in an advisory capacity through the end of May 2026 to support a smooth transition.
