Fox Corporation (NASDAQ:FOXA) and prediction market platform Kalshi announced a data integration deal that will see Kalshi forecasts appear across Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network, Fox Weather, and the Fox One streaming platform.

The agreement is a paid sponsored integration.

Kalshi’s real-time data will be used for visualizations on political, economic, weather, and cultural storylines, though Fox News won’t use it for election coverage, as the network relies on its own polling division.

Fox joins CNN and CNBC, which have existing Kalshi data partnerships, completing the platform’s presence across major U.S. cable news networks.

Around 70% of Kalshi’s users visit to view odds rather than trade, according to CEO Tarek Mansour.

No War Markets On Fox

One notable carveout: Kalshi said that Fox will not air prediction markets on war, terrorism, death, or assassination as those would create “perverse incentives.”

The restriction comes weeks after Kalshi faced a $54 million lawsuit over its handling of a market on Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, who was killed in the opening strikes of Operation Epic Fury on Feb. 28. Kalshi had invoked a “death carveout” clause to withhold payment to traders who had bet on his removal from power.

Legal Pressure Grows

The Fox announcement lands as Kalshi navigates an escalating legal war with state regulators. Arizona filed the first-ever criminal charges against the platform last month.

A Nevada judge has since issued a court-enforced ban.

Washington state has also sued, making it at least the 20th jurisdiction to take action, though Kalshi scored a significant appeals court win on Monday when the Third Circuit ruled states cannot block sports prediction markets.

Robinhood Markets (NASDAQ:HOOD), which distributes Kalshi contracts through its app, carries direct exposure to that legal uncertainty.

The Ninth Circuit hears oral arguments April 16 in the consolidated Nevada case involving Kalshi and HOOD, a ruling that could determine whether Kalshi’s 50-state model survives.
