Nuburu Provides Corporate Update, Expects Authorization To Acquire 70% Of Tekne By End Of April

NUBURU has signed a binding agreement to acquire a controlling 70% interest in Tekne, with submission for authorization under the Italian Golden Power regulatory framework expected by the end of April 2026. Tekne is targeting approximately US$57.5 million in revenue in 2026.
