USA Rare Earth, Inc. (Nasdaq: USAR) (the "Company") today announced the appointment of Chaitan Kansal as Chief Commercial Officer. In this newly created role, Kansal will oversee the Company's global commercial strategy, including customer engagement, market development, offtake agreements, pricing, and go-to-market execution across the Company's integrated mine-to-magnet platform.

Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Ecobat, a global leader in battery recycling and lead production, where he drove strategic growth initiatives across the company's international portfolio.
