Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:KPTI), a commercial-stage pharmaceutical company pioneering novel cancer therapies, today announced that its late-breaking abstract was accepted for an oral presentation at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting, taking place May 29 to June 2 in Chicago. The oral presentation will feature results from the Phase 3 SENTRY trial, a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of 60 mg selinexor in combination with ruxolitinib in myelofibrosis.
