James Passin, who was recently appointed to the Board, has been appointed Chairman of the Board, and Frederico Figueira de Chaves has been appointed Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). John-Paul (JP) Backwell has stepped down as Chairman and CEO due to personal and health reasons following his tenure with the Company. Mr. Backwell will continue to serve on the Board as a non-executive director, while supporting the Company in a consulting capacity.
