On April 29, 2026, the Company's Board of Directors authorized a new stock repurchase program to allow for repurchases of our common stock from May 4, 2026 through December 31, 2027. The new program replaces the prior program, whose repurchase authorization was fully utilized, and was scheduled to expire on December 31, 2026.
