Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), a business of Marsh (NYSE:MRSH) and a leading provider of business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement and wealth, and private client insurance solutions across the US and Canada, today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire TriBridge Partners, a leading independent benefits broker and retirement and wealth advisor headquartered in Columbia, Maryland. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
