Second Quarter and 2026 Financial Outlook

For the second quarter of 2026, the Company currently expects:

  • Total revenue between $121.7 million and $122.5 million.
  • Non-GAAP operating income between $9.5 million and $10.3 million.
  • Non-GAAP net income per share between $0.15 and $0.16 based on approximately 60.3 million weighted-average shares of common stock outstanding.
