For the full year 2026, the Company currently expects:

  • Total revenue between $492.5 million and $495.5 million.
  • Non-GAAP operating income between $54.9 million and $60.4 million.
  • Non-GAAP net income per share between $0.88 and $0.97 based on approximately 60.7 million weighted-average shares of common stock outstanding.



     

The Company continues to expect a Non-GAAP operating margin of approximately 15% by the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 and reiterates its 30% target for a Rule of 40 framework (as defined by year-over-year revenue growth plus current quarter non-GAAP operating margin) by the fourth quarter of fiscal 2027.
