This follows the Company's recent rebrand from Fidelis Insurance Group to Pelagos Insurance Capital, effective May 11, 2026, after shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on April 28, 2026.

The ticker symbol change from "FIHL" to "PLGO" reflects the Company's new brand identity.
