U.S. stocks were higher, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining over 100 points on Wednesday.

Shares of TAT Technologies Ltd (NASDAQ:TATT) rose sharply after the company reported better-than-expected first-quarter financial results.

TAT Techs posted quarterly earnings of 26 cents per share, beating market estimates of 19 cents per share. The company's sales came in at $41.147 million topping estimates of $40.400 million.

TAT Technologies shares jumped 11.7% to $36.52 on Wednesday.

  • Marvell Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MRVL) rose 7.2% to $188.90. Wells Fargo analyst Aaron Rakers maintained Marvell Technology with an Overweight rating and raised the price target from $135 to $195.
  • Astronics Corp (NASDAQ:ATRO) gained 7.1% to $85.00.
  • Immunitybio Inc (NASDAQ:IBRX) rose 7.1% to $8.31 after the company announced that the FDA accepted for review the supplemental Biologics License Application for ANKTIVA in combination with Bacillus Calmette-Guerin for the treatment of patients with BCG-unresponsive non-muscle invasive bladder cancer with papillary disease without carcinoma in situ.
