The new 616,000 square foot building facility will increase access to affordable housing across multiple states by producing exceptional, affordable HUD-code manufactured and modular single-family homes. Cavco, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, designs and produces factory-built housing products distributed nationwide through a network of independent and company-owned retailers.
