Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) today announced that Amit Muni has been appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 8, 2026. Mr. Muni will lead the firm's financial operations, financial strategy and investor relations. He will join the firm's Executive Committee and report to Joseph Harvey, Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Muni succeeds Michael Donohue, who has been serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer since October 17, 2025. Mr. Donohue will remain Interim Chief Financial Officer until June 8, 2026, after which time he will continue in his role as Controller.
