Cannae Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CNNE) ("Cannae" or the "Company") and Black Knight Football Club ("Black Knight Football") announced that AFC Bournemouth ("AFCB" or the "Club"), has finished the Premier League in sixth place and qualified for the UEFA Europa League for the first time in the Club's 127-year history.

AFC Bournemouth secured its place in Europe's premier club competitions following the conclusion of the 2025-26 Premier League season and a run of 18 unbeaten matches. AFCB finished in sixth place in the league table with 57 points which represents the Club's highest ever finish in the table, and a second consecutive year of record points. European football marks a remarkable milestone for a club that was playing in the third tier of English football less than a decade and a half ago, and was in 19th place in the Premier League at the time of Black Knight Football Club's acquisition in 2022.
