Republic Power Group Limited (NASDAQ:RPGL), today announced that it will effect a reverse share split of its Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0125 per share (the "Class A Ordinary Shares") and Class B ordinary shares, par value $0.0125 per share (the "Class B Ordinary Shares"), at a ratio of 1-for-40, to be effective at the open of business on May 28, 2026.
