Evercore ISI Group Upgrades Kilroy Realty to Outperform, Raises Price Target to $42

Evercore ISI Group analyst Steve Sakwa upgrades Kilroy Realty (NYSE:KRC) from In-Line to Outperform and raises the price target from $37 to $42.
