Kustom Entertainment, Inc. (Nasdaq: KUST) (the "Company"), a live entertainment and music festival company, today announced it has entered into a binding agreement for the divestiture of its legacy video solutions division to Cycurion, Inc. (NASDAQ:CYCU) ("Cycurion").
