Empery Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: EMPD) (the "Company" or "Empery Digital") today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement for a $65 million investment (the "Investment") representing a 25% ownership into a private entity that is acquiring a strategically located Midwest facility to be converted into a state-of-the-art AI data center.
