Castor Maritime Inc. (NASDAQ:CTRM), ("Castor" or the "Company"), a diversified global shipping and energy company, announces that it has entered into an agreement, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, to acquire a 2024-built modern-eco Kamsarmax bulk carrier vessel, the M/V Magic Saturn, from an unaffiliated third party for a purchase price of $41.9 million. The Company took delivery of the M/V Magic Saturn on June 29, 2026.

Furthermore, on June 29, 2026, the Company took delivery of the M/V Magic Jupiter, the 2023-built modern-eco Kamsarmax vessel it had agreed to acquire, as previously announced on June 22, 2026.

Both acquisitions were funded with cash on hand.
