PMGC Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: ELAB) ("PMGC" or the "Company") today announced that it has merged AGA Precision Systems LLC ("AGA") into A&B Aerospace, Inc. ("A&B Aerospace"), with A&B Aerospace expected to be the surviving operating entity.
