Elbit Systems of America, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems, received multiple awards from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, with work expected to be performed through May 2029.

The contracts highlight the company’s ongoing contribution to U.S. security, showcasing its advanced technologies designed for real-time situational awareness.

Earnings And Analyst Outlook

Elbit is scheduled to report second-quarter earnings on August 11, 2026.

Wall Street expects earnings of $3.66 per share, up from $3.23 a year earlier. Revenue is projected to reach $2.23 billion, compared with $1.97 billion in the prior-year quarter.

The stock trades at about 59.9 times earnings, reflecting a premium valuation.

Analysts maintain a Hold consensus rating with an average price forecast of $915. Recent actions include:

  • JP Morgan: Neutral; raised price forecast to $950 on May 27.

Elbit Systems Technical Analysis

Elbit remains in a longer-term uptrend. The stock is trading 8.6% above its 200-day simple moving average of $701.38, despite pulling back from its March 52-week high of $1,016.06.

The near-term trend remains mixed. Shares are 4% below the 50-day SMA of $793.29 and 8.6% below the 100-day SMA of $833.61, suggesting overhead resistance remains intact.

Momentum has weakened. The MACD remains below its signal line, while the histogram is negative, indicating buying pressure has faded in recent weeks.

The stock is trading just below its 20-day exponential moving average of $763.87 but slightly above its 20-day SMA of $757.69. A sustained move above the 20-day EMA could improve short-term sentiment. Reclaiming the 50-day SMA would strengthen the intermediate-term outlook.
