NXP Semiconductors Q2 Details
NXP Semiconductors reported quarterly earnings of $3.61 per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $3.51 by 2.85%, according to Benzinga Pro data.
Quarterly revenue of $3.5 billion came in just ahead of the Street estimate of $3.46 billion.
NXP reported the following second quarter highlights:
- Non-GAAP gross margin was 58%, non-GAAP operating margin was 35.1%
- Cash flow from operations was $860 million, with net capex investments of $69 million, resulting in non-GAAP free cash flow of $791 million or 22.6% of revenue
- Capital return during the quarter was $360 million, representing 45.5% of second quarter non-GAAP free cash flow.
“NXP delivered second-quarter revenue of $3.5 billion, up 19% year-on-year and 10% sequentially, with growth across all end markets and all regions. This performance reflects the strength of our company-specific growth drivers, particularly in Software-Defined Vehicles and Physical AI, with Data Center emerging as an additional growth engine,” said CEO Rafael Sotomayor.
