Lam Research Corp (NASDAQ:LRCX) reported strong results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 after the closing bell on Wednesday. Here’s a rundown of the report.

Lam Research Q4 Key Details

Lam Research reported fourth-quarter revenue of $6.72 billion, beating analyst estimates of $6.67 billion, according to Benzinga Pro. The company posted adjusted earnings of $1.82 per share for the quarter, beating estimates of $1.68 per share.

Gross margin came in at 51.7% as a percent of revenue and operating margin was 37.4% in the quarter.

“Lam delivered record revenue, operating margin and earnings per share in the June quarter as AI-driven demand continues to reshape the semiconductor industry,” said Tim Archer, president and CEO of Lam Research.

Lam Research ended the quarter with $5.6 billion in cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash.

The company guided for fiscal first-quarter revenue of $7.70 billion to $8.50 billion versus estimates of $7.09 billion. Lam Research said it expects first-quarter adjusted earnings of $2.00 to $2.30 per share versus estimates of $1.83 per share.

The earnings beat paired with strong guidance appears to be driving shares higher after hours.
