This rebate is in addition to approximately $0.4 million of rebate from the United Kingdom during June 2026.  After adjusting second-quarter operating cash flows to exclude the approximately $0.4 million rebate received during the quarter, the combined rebate proceeds exceeded the Company's net cash used in operating activities during the quarter.  The rebates strengthen the Company's balance sheet and extend its cash runway as INmune Bio advances CORDStrom™ (Ebstrocel™) toward regulatory filings.
