Reitar Logtech Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:RITR) shares are trading higher by over 450% Monday afternoon. The company earlier announced that its Jingxing HK unit signed an MoU with Cainiao to cooperate on smart warehousing and automated logistics projects overseas.

Here’s what investors need to know.

Reitar Logtech Unit Partners with Cainiao Group

Jingxing HK, a logistics technology subsidiary of Reitar Logtech, has signed a Global Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Cainiao Group to accelerate the deployment of smart warehousing and automated logistics solutions worldwide.

Under the framework, the two companies will combine Cainiao’s expertise in automation technology and climbing robots with Jingxing’s racking manufacturing and automated storage and retrieval systems. The initiative establishes Europe as its primary starting ground, with priority deployments launching imminently in Spain and the Netherlands.

Jingxing HK also holds preferential rights for Cainiao’s future European automation expansion, including planned projects in Germany, alongside broader co-development plans for North America.

The joint effort targets rising automated warehousing demand among cross-border e-commerce, retail, third-party logistics and consumer goods enterprises, leveraging Cainiao’s global footprint.
