Cisco Systems Inc (NASDAQ:CSCO) reported financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 after the closing bell on Wednesday. Here’s a rundown of the report.

Cisco Q4 Earnings Highlights

Cisco reported fourth-quarter revenue of $17.25 billion, beating analyst estimates of $16.82 billion, according to Benzinga Pro. The networking equipment company reported adjusted earnings of $1.22 per share for the quarter, beating analyst estimates of $1.17 per share.

Total revenue was up 18% year-over-year as product revenue increased 24% and services revenue came in flat. Total product orders were up 35% year-over-year with double-digit growth across every geography and customer market.

Cisco highlighted broad-based, record high demand for its technology, adding that a “networking supercycle” is underway.

Cisco generated $5.4 billion in cash flow from operations during the quarter, up 27% year-over-year. The company exited the period with $15.9 billion in cash, cash equivalents and investments.

“We delivered a very strong close to fiscal 2026, marking another record year for Cisco,” said Chuck Robbins, chair and CEO of Cisco. “With the breadth and depth of our portfolio and our competitive differentiation in secure networking, Cisco is well positioned to support our customers however or wherever they decide to deploy AI.”

What’s Next for Cisco?

Cisco expects fiscal first-quarter revenue to be in the range of $18 billion to $18.2 billion, versus estimates of $16.8 billion. The company anticipates adjusted earnings for the first quarter of $1.32 to $1.34 per share, versus estimates of $1.16 per share.

Cisco guided for fiscal year 2027 revenue of $72.2 billion to $73.4 billion versus estimates of $68.69 billion. The company also guided for full-year adjusted earnings of $5.05 to $5.11 per share, versus estimates of $4.80 per share.

CSCO Price Action: Cisco shares were up 0.93% in after-hours, trading at $125.05 at the time of publication on Wednesday, according to Benzinga Pro. The stock climbed above $132 immediately following the print before pulling back.
