Vox Royalty Corp. (NASDAQ:VOXR)(TSX:VOXR) ("Vox" or the "Company"), a returns-focused mining royalty and streaming company, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Vox Royalty Australia Pty Ltd ("Vox Australia"), has entered into a binding Royalty Sale and Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") with Latitude 66 Limited ("Lat66") and its wholly owned subsidiary, Syndicated Royalties Pty Ltd, for the acquisition of two Australian royalty interests, (i) the Kalman Royalty in Queensland, and (ii) the Sylvania Royalty in Western Australia, for total cash consideration of up to A$3.4 million. The transaction remains subject to the completion of conditions precedent customary for a royalty transaction of this nature.
