U.S. crypto ETFs are showing something broader than a Bitcoin rebound.
Spot Bitcoin ETFs pulled in $242.3 million on Thursday, while spot Ethereum ETFs added $235 million, extending both categories’ inflow streaks to nine consecutive sessions, according to Farside data cited by BeInCrypto. But the more revealing number may have come from further down the crypto risk spectrum: Solana ETFs attracted $60.91 million, their strongest daily inflow of 2026 and third-largest since launch. Hyperliquid ETFs added another $24.42 million.
That puts nearly $563 million into the four categories in a single session, with BTC and ETH still accounting for the bulk. The simultaneous flows suggest investors are not simply rotating between the two largest crypto assets; demand is reaching into smaller tokens as well.
Solana’s ETF Signal Comes With a Catch
Solana’s latest inflow is impressive, but its historical precedent is less straightforward.
The two larger daily inflows since Solana ETFs began trading were $69.45 million on Oct. 28, 2025, and $70.05 million on Nov. 3, 2025.
Both were followed by significant declines in SOL, according to historical price data cited in a recent BeInCrypto market analysis. Two episodes are hardly enough to establish a trading rule, but they do make the latest surge worth watching rather than blindly celebrating.
There is also concentration beneath the headline number. The Bitwise Solana Staking ETF (NYSE:BSOL) has historically dominated Solana ETF flows, accounting for roughly 80% of cumulative inflows as of earlier this week.
This Time, The ETF Flows Have Company
The bull case is that Solana’s ETF demand is arriving alongside expanding network activity rather than in isolation.
Solana’s real-world asset ecosystem recently surpassed $4 billion, reaching a new high, while its tokenized asset activity has continued to expand.
Meanwhile, the broader crypto ETF complex is strengthening. Bitcoin and Ether have both recorded nine straight sessions of net inflows, while capital is also appearing in SOL and HYPE products.
That shows that institutional-style crypto demand is no longer confined to the two largest assets. The key test now is whether that appetite for higher-beta exposure persists, or whether Solana’s latest inflow spike proves, once again, to be a late-cycle signal.
