Strategic Partnership with BlueFlare Targets Off-Grid AI Power
Market enthusiasm is centered on FingerMotion’s alliance with BlueFlare Energy Solutions Inc., designed to establish the company as an owner-operator of rapidly deployable, modular data centers. Finger Motion says, by generating power directly on site using Western Canada’s abundant natural gas supply, the BTM strategy circumvents multi-year public utility interconnection waitlists.
The infrastructure plan utilizes BlueFlare’s proprietary adaptive load architecture to route power between primary AI inference workloads and co-located bitcoin mining to maintain operational continuity and maximize energy utilization.
First Step Execution via Lyken.AI and Enterprise Strategy
The strategic shift follows the appointment of Jolie Kahn as Chief Executive Officer on Aug. 4, with the team executing its first major milestone on Aug. 17 by acquiring a 9.9% equity stake in Lyken AI Computing Inc using restricted stock. Lyken serves as the demand-side engine originating mid-market enterprise compute workloads, complementing BlueFlare’s site and power generation capabilities.
Management highlighted four clear milestones for tracking progress, site control, power delivery, enterprise customer offtake and asset-level project financing, while confirming that existing mobile payment and data-analytics operations in China will continue alongside the North American expansion.
