Telos Corporation (NASDAQ:TLS), a leading provider of cyber, cloud and enterprise security solutions for the world’s most security-conscious organizations, today announced it has received a task order on a single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract from Air Combat Command’s Directorate of Intelligence (ACC/A2) to modernize cybersecurity risk management across the Air Force Intelligence Community (AF IC).
The $34.3 million task order includes a five-month base period and four one-year option periods, with room to expand and add additional task orders. If all options are exercised, the total ceiling value of the IDIQ is $37,775,000.
Under the contract, Telos will implement Xacta.ai™ across AF IC security boundaries, helping establish a more comprehensive, data-driven cybersecurity assurance program. By applying artificial intelligence and automation to traditionally manual assessment and authorization activities, Xacta will help reduce administrative workload, improve accuracy and provide greater visibility into cybersecurity risk across the enterprise.
