Linkhome Subsidiary Evaluates European AI Infrastructure Project
Linkhome announced Wednesday the establishment of its wholly owned subsidiary, Linkhome Technologies, formed to focus on enterprise AI solutions, robotics and high-performance computing services.
As its initial effort, the new unit initiated a preliminary evaluation of a proposed European AI infrastructure project that could involve deploying up to 144 NVIDIA GB300 GPUs to support cloud providers and enterprise workloads.
Chief Executive Officer Bill Qin noted that the initiative is intended to allow the company to evaluate European market demand and data center infrastructure on a “disciplined basis.”
Proposal Remains In Early Evaluation Phase Without Capital Commitments
Despite the positive market reaction, Linkhome emphasized that the proposed European expansion remains in an early planning and evaluation phase. While the board of directors authorized preliminary development activities, it has not approved the project itself or authorized any capital commitments.
The company confirmed it has not entered into binding agreements for GPU procurement, data center hosting or customer capacity, noting that the newly formed subsidiary has not yet commenced operations and currently generates no revenue.
