• Agreement Advances BlueLinx's Specialty Products GrowthStrategy and Expands Access to an Industry Leading Outdoor Living Brand

BlueLinx Holdings Inc. (NYSE:BXC), a leading U.S. wholesale distributor of building products, today announced a strategic distribution partnership with Trex Company (NYSE:TREX), the world's largest manufacturer of wood-alternative decking and residential railing and the leading brand in composite decking.

BlueLinx will distribute Trex decking and railing products across a broad service territory supported by its distribution centers in Indianapolis, St. Louis, Cincinnati, Erwin, Nashville, Atlanta, Birmingham, Memphis, Gulfport, Little Rock and Monroe. The territory spans key markets throughout Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia. Initial product shipments are expected to begin arriving at BlueLinx locations during the first week of September, with all participating locations expected to receive their initial inventory before the end of the month.
