Guidewire Software (NYSE:GWRE) reported upbeat results for the fourth quarter on Thursday.

The company posted quarterly earnings of 99 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 94 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $411.100 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $402.210 million.

Guidewire Software said it sees FY2027 sales of $1.707 billion-$1.727 billion, versus market estimates of $1.701 billion.

Guidewire Software shares fell 17.7% to $167.00 in pre-market trading.
