H.C. Wainwright Conference Presentation Outlines Multi-Year Growth Trajectory
The buying acceleration builds on momentum from Monday, when Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer Dr. Albert Luderer presented at the H.C. Wainwright 28th Annual Global Investment Conference.
Management detailed a financial roadmap projecting full-year 2026 revenue of $31 million to $33 million, accelerating to $50 million to $54 million in 2027, representing 62.5% year-over-year top-line expansion at the midpoint.
Luderer emphasized that the platform is transitioning into routine clinical use across hematologic oncology and constitutional genetics, bolstered by established American Medical Association Category I CPT codes supporting lab-level reimbursement rates of $1,853 and $1,263, respectively, and positioning the company to target positive adjusted EBITDA by 2028.
Medicare Draft Coverage and New York State Approval Validate Clinical Platform
The bullish sentiment is further supported by two significant regulatory updates announced in early September. On Sept. 10 wholly owned subsidiary Bionano Laboratories announced a proposed Local Coverage Determination from MolDX for genome-wide detection of copy number alterations and structural variants in hematologic neoplasms, paving a direct path toward Medicare reimbursement coverage.
That milestone followed a Sept. 8 announcement that the New York State Department of Health granted clinical approval for optical genome mapping-based lab-developed tests at University of Rochester Medicine, clearing the way for diagnostic adoption in a key state market.
