New Customer Engagement Marks Trio-Tech’s Second EV Semiconductor Burn-In Customer and Has Potential to Scale to $6 Million in Revenue

Trio-Tech International (NASDAQ:TRT), a comprehensive provider of semiconductor back-end solutions and a global value-added supplier of electronic equipment, today announced it has secured a three-year production burn-in contract with a new automotive semiconductor customer across Europe and North America. The contract requires minimum billings of approximately $4.7 million over its term, with the potential to scale to $6 million. The customer is a leading global Integrated Device Manufacturer (IDM), and the program supports a major electric vehicle (EV) semiconductor application.

Under the contract, Trio-Tech will provide production burn-in services for an automotive semiconductor product supporting a major EV application. This marks the second EV semiconductor customer to select Trio-Tech for production burn-in services, further validating the Company’s capabilities and expanding its presence in the automotive semiconductor market.
