Shares of Turbo Energy S.A. (NASDAQ:TURB) are surging Thursday morning as investors rally behind the company’s announcement of 15 firm-order commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage projects across Spain and Chile.

$3.5M Portfolio Adds 15.6 MWh of Storage Across Spain and Chile

According to disclosures released early Thursday, the 15 projects carry an aggregate order value of approximately €3 million ($3.48 million) and incorporate 15.6 MWh of storage capacity along with 5.95 MW of power units. The portfolio spans multiple stages of deployment: two systems are actively operating, three are currently under installation, nine are in manufacturing and one remains in development.

Turbo Energy expects the non-operational projects to move through delivery, installation, and commissioning between fourth-quarter 2026 and H1 2027. Management noted that this modular C&I portfolio is fully separate from the company’s previously announced $53 million, 366 MWh Pamesa Net Zero industrial deployment.

AI Optimization Platform Targets Structural Global Energy Volatility

The portfolio expansion arrives as global commercial and industrial operators face heightened energy market volatility, exacerbated by recent disruptions to maritime energy flows through the Strait of Hormuz.

Turbo Energy’s platform integrates modular battery systems with proprietary AI algorithms designed to automate charge/discharge timing, manage peak-demand charges, and ensure uninterrupted power supply.

CEO Mariano Soria emphasized that energy volatility has shifted from a temporary operational inconvenience into a structural risk for industrial margins, driving demand for intelligent energy systems that give businesses direct control over operational power economics.
