BitMine Immersion Technologies Inc. (NYSE:BMNR) stock is trading higher on Thursday following a gain in Ethereum (CRYPTO: ETH), which rose 1.49% to $2,450.60 over the last 24 hours. The movement follows Wednesday’s decline in BMNR stock amid broader sector pressure tied to the U.S. Senate’s vote against advancing the Clarity Act.

Technical Analysis
From a trend perspective, BMNR is still in "rebuild mode" after a steep 12-month slide of 58.66%, but the intermediate trend has improved as price holds above the 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day moving averages. The stock is trading 17.7% above its 50-day SMA ($20.05) and 6.8% above its 200-day SMA ($22.10), which typically keeps dip-buyers engaged.
Near-term, the stock is bumping into overhead friction: it’s trading 2.6% below the 20-day SMA ($24.24), a common spot where rallies can pause while the market decides whether momentum can re-accelerate. The 20-day SMA is also above the 50-day SMA (bullish), but the longer-term "death cross" from January (50-day below the 200-day) is still a reminder that the bigger-picture trend only recently stabilized.
RSI is the cleaner momentum read right now, sitting at 53.55, which points to neutral momentum rather than an overbought or oversold extreme.
- Key Resistance: $27 — a nearby round-number zone that can act as an overhead supply area if the rebound extends
- Key Support: $23 — a close-by floor near the current price where buyers may defend the recent range
