A primary catalyst for the renewed optimism is a major autonomous vehicle partnership announced on Thursday with European shared-mobility company Bolt. Under the agreement, Bolt plans to deploy at least 25,000 fully autonomous Lucid vehicles across multiple European cities.
The Level 4 autonomous fleet will be based on Lucid’s upcoming midsize platform and will utilize Nvidia’s Hyperion architecture. This agreement significantly expands Lucid’s commercial mobility footprint, complementing its existing U.S. robotaxi testing partnership with Uber and Nuro.
AlixPartners Restructuring Review Targets $1.4 Billion in Cash Flow Improvements
Sentiment was further bolstered after CEO Silvio Napoli confirmed on Thursday that the company has officially concluded its operational review with restructuring advisor AlixPartners.
The completed review charts a path toward improved profitability, identifying $1.4 billion in target cash flow improvements for 2026 through lower inventory, reduced capital spending and tighter operating costs.
