U.S. stocks were higher, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining over 1% on Monday.

Shares of On Holding AG (NYSE:ONON) rose sharply after the company affirmed its FY26 sales guidance above estimates and issued third-quarter sales guidance above estimates.

On Holding also announced a $1 billion stock buyback program.

On Holding shares jumped 13% to $30.88 on Tuesday.

  • Celanese Corp (NYSE:CE) rose 8.5% to $48.15.
  • Gloo Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:GLOO) gained 7.8% to $5.21.
  • Grab Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:GRAB) rose 7% to $3.12 after Chairman Tan reported a purchase of 10,350,000 shares at an average price of $2.89 per share.

  • Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co (NASDAQ:GT) rose 6.3% to $5.34.
  • SanDisk Corp (NASDAQ:SNDK) gained 6.2% to $1,876.90 after Rosenblatt initiated coverage on the stock with a Buy rating and announced a $2400 price target.
