Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., today announced that Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Derek Flowers, intends to retire from Wells Fargo in mid-January after nearly three decades of dedicated service.

Upon Mr. Flowers’ retirement, Scott Powell, Chief Operating Officer (COO), will become CRO.
