("Huazhi Future"), entered into a tripartite cooperation framework agreement (the "Agreement") recently in Singapore with Chungking New Gardner Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. ("New Gardner") and SAGELIGHT VENTURES PTE. LTD. ("Sagelight Ventures").
