UiPath, Inc. (NYSE:PATH) shares are up by about half a percent during Wednesday’s premarket session.
On Tuesday, the company expanded its partnership with BDO USA to develop AI and business orchestration solutions for key enterprise functions.
It includes risk management, controls transformation, enterprise compliance and other Office of the CFO activities.
Expands BDO Partnership For Agentic Automation
The companies will jointly develop AI agents designed to automate and oversee these functions.
The collaboration includes Agentic Internal Audit Solution Accelerators aimed at modernizing IT Application Controls (ITAC) and IT General Controls (ITGC).
The tools are designed to replace labor-intensive testing with agent-driven processes supported by professional reviews, while helping monitor controls, gather evidence, perform testing and identify exceptions more efficiently.
The update reinforces UiPath’s push to package automation into repeatable, deployable solutions that can shorten time-to-value for enterprise customers.

PATH Technical Outlook: Key Levels And Momentum
PATH Trend Versus Key Moving Averages
At $12.38, PATH is trading 12.8% below its 20-day SMA ($14.19) and 14.4% below its 50-day SMA ($14.46), which keeps the intermediate trend biased lower despite the premarket uptick. The stock is also about 3% below its 100-day SMA ($12.76) and about 2.8% below its 200-day SMA ($12.74), putting it in a tight zone where longer-term trend support is close but not yet reclaimed.
MACD Signals Cooling Momentum
MACD is the cleaner momentum lens right now: it’s below its signal line and the histogram is negative, which points to upside pressure cooling versus the prior upswing. In plain terms, when MACD sits below its signal line, it often means rallies can fade unless buyers step in with enough force to flip momentum back in their favor.
Support And Resistance Levels To Watch
The bigger-picture backdrop is mixed: the golden cross in August (50-day moving above the 200-day) is still a longer-term constructive marker, but price action has weakened since the recent swing high in September. With the stock down 7.92% over the last 12 months and sitting well below the short-term averages, bulls generally need to prove they can reclaim overhead levels before the trend looks healthier.
- Key Resistance: $13.00 — a round-number area that also sits near the 200-day EMA ($13.02), making it a logical spot where rebounds can stall
- Key Support: $12.50 — a nearby round-number level just above current price that can act as a first "line in the sand" if selling pressure returns
PATH Stock Price Activity: UiPath shares were up 0.49% at $12.38 during premarket trading on Wednesday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
